Senior year can be an intimidating time for many with college, TEC, entering the workforce or any other post-secondary decision right around the corner. Among the seniors this year, Emma Golden offered her opinion of senior year and advice to the underclassmen. “Bittersweet” was the word that Golden used to describe senior year thus far.

“Because it has a lot of lasts,” Golden said.

A lot of underclassmen want high school to fly by, but Golden says just the opposite, “Although it’s cliche, you should really take advantage of the whole high school experience,” she said.

“You blink once, and it’s your last year of high school,” Golden said.
