The varsity girls’ basketball team defeated Baldwin 57-47 Jan. 27 at the Wellsville Top Gun Tournament Championship, taking the title of tournament champions. This victory came just days after their victory at Nemaha Central’s Top Gun Tournament Semi-Final.

The All-Tournament team will consist of junior Ryan Cobbins, sophomore Ali Vigil and freshman Evelyn Vazquez. Senior Patricia Thomas has been selected for the All-Academic team.

The team is undefeated. The next game will be Feb. 2 at Tonganoxie.
